Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied,
you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at momomaserati030@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

For approved returns that are not related to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Please note that we cannot accept returns simply because you changed your mind, selected the wrong size or color, or no longer want the product, where the item has been custom-made or personalized for you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
